We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including dimensions, finishes, and specifications. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and minor variations in materials or finish can occur. We do not guarantee that every description is error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to contact us under our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized use of a payment method, or shipping restrictions. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Product use and safety

Lighting products must be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician where required by local code. Always use bulbs of the correct type and wattage. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of a product.

8. Intellectual property

The Lampvale name, logo, and original site content are owned by us or used with permission. Product names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting fraud, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or submitting false information or reviews.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.
